DPR was developed because I was unhappy with the manner
in which a station commander had oversight of his station, specifically, the
fact that neither RWS, leaderzone or recruiter zone provides easy access to:
- Conducts, today, tomorrow and the next day
- No-shows
- Average makes, conducts, and other key metrics
- Quick access to recruiter weaknesses in makes or
conducts, as well as no show rate and conduct percentages
- Tracking "bad conducts", or low EST conducts
- High EST conducts to push to test
- Yesterday's actions, including all makes, conducts and
no shows
- Past due actions
- Separate no-shows and reschedules
- "Broken PMS", or appointments built wrong, or unapproved
- Show projected testers for the week
DPR is NOT a replacement for any system. You and your
soldiers must still use all systems provided to build, track and document
contact history.
